• Signing out and closing your Internet browser at the end of each DS Online, RBC Online Banking, or other RBC online service session;
• Keeping your DS Online / RBC Online Banking / other RBC online service password and Personal Verification Questions (and answers) strictly confidential; and
• Contacting us immediately if you know or suspect that your password has become known to someone else, or if there has been suspicious activity in your account that you did not authorize. You can reach us at
