Frequently Asked Questions

About Advisor or Private Investment Management (PIM) Accounts

Where do I find information about my investment management fees paid?

You will receive a fee summary letter in your T5 tax package in February.

Why didn’t I receive a fee summary letter?

If you elected to charge your account fees to an alternate account, you will not receive a fee summary letter for your account. The account that was debited the investment management fee will receive a fee summary letter. Please contact your Investment Advisor if this is not the case.

What should I do if my fee summary letter is incorrect?

Please contact your Investment Advisor for a revised fee summary letter.
