Tax Reporting Guide

In February, you may receive any of the following tax documents:

Your T5/Relevé 3, and accompanying Summary of Investment Income and Expenses, Summary of Security Dispositions, Summary of Fees (Advisor Account or Private Investment Management clients only)
Some clients will also receive:
- T5/Relevé 3 Split Corps for participants in Split Corps Securities (mailed end of February)
- RSP Contribution Receipt(s), Subsequent Mailings (mailed on an ongoing basis)
- NR4 (Income Paid to Non-Residents of Canada) (mailed on February 6, 2009)
- Relevé 7 for participants in a Quebec Stock Savings Plan
- T4A/Relevé 2 for participants in a Registered Education Savings Plan (mailed on February 6, 2009)
- T4RSP, T4RIF or Relevé 2 for payments from a RSP, RIF, LIF, and/or PRIF (mailed on February 6, 2009)
- Year-end Supplementary Tax Information (Access/Parameters) (mailed on February 18, 2009)
- Income Trust Disposition Gain/Loss Worksheet (mailed end of February)
- “Important Information Regarding Outstanding Tax Documents” (mailed end of February)
