This message is likely the result of your network not being configured to access secured web sites and not likely due to a problem with RBC DS Online.
Try connecting to other secure web sites (e.g. www.csi.ca). If you get the same error, contact your network administrator.
When I try to sign into RBC DS Online, I get the message “Do you want to open or save rbunxcgi (1 bytes) from www1.royalbank.com?”
